ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

At NP Digital, we are looking for an Account Director to lead strategic client relationships with local and regional clients across LATAM.

This role serves as the central point of integration across multidisciplinary teams (Earned, Paid, Creative, and Data), ensuring all disciplines are fully aligned with each client’s business objectives and growth priorities.

The Account Director is responsible for driving account performance, defining the strategic direction of each account, and identifying growth opportunities. This includes translating complex performance data into clear, actionable insights for both clients and internal teams.

Beyond execution, this role plays a critical part in ensuring consistency in quality, strategic thinking, and delivery standards across accounts—acting as the ultimate owner of final deliverables and the overall health of each client relationship, as well as long-term growth.

This is a newly created role to support our growing team. To be considered, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in Latin America and are required to be fluent in English.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead strategic client relationships across LATAM, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Define and drive a holistic strategic vision for each account, fully aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.
  • Act as the central integrator of multidisciplinary teams (SEO, Email Marketing, Organic Social, Creative, Paid Media, etc.), ensuring alignment and cohesion across all initiatives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and continuous evolution of digital strategies.
  • Own overall account performance, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and achievement of KPIs.
  • Analyze performance, investment, and ROI to identify optimization levers and unlock growth opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and expectations across internal teams and clients.
  • Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and long-term account growth opportunities.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality, strategic thinking, and delivery across all outputs.
  • Lead executive-level presentations, strategic discussions, and business reviews with senior stakeholders.
  • Act as the ultimate owner of final deliverables and the overall health and growth of each client relationship.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior account leadership role within a digital marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of growing and retaining complex, enterprise-level accounts, including successful upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong ability to develop high-quality, client-ready presentations, with clear storytelling and executive-level structure.
  • Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, aligning disciplines such as SEO, Email Marketing, Organic Social, Creative, and Paid Media toward shared client objectives.
  • Solid understanding of key digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, Email Marketing, Organic Social, Creative, and Paid Media.
  • Strong ability to engage, influence, and build trust with C-level and senior stakeholders, both internally and on the client side.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with confidence leading executive-level business reviews.
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.
