Summary – basic function of the role
We are looking for a Purchasing Clerk to join our team in Mallabia, Spain on a temporary basis until August 2026. The role is primarily site-based, with four days on-site and the option to work from home on Fridays.
In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our facility running smoothly - sitting at the heart of our procurement operations and making sure the right materials are in the right place at the right time. You'll manage purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and keep our ERP data accurate and up to date. You'll also work closely with teams across the business, monitor supplier performance, and help uphold the operational standards that Enerpac is known for.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Expedite purchasing activities for assigned items and general stationery to ensure timely availability.
Maintain and update the ERP system with accurate planning dates, quantities, and order details.
Required Capabilities
2–3 years of experience in a similar purchasing or procurement role.
Strong ERP system knowledge and computer literacy (MS Office proficiency required).
Sound commercial awareness and understanding of procurement principles.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with suppliers.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
