  • Manage onboarding for new joiners, including employment contracts, remote working contracts, data privacy confirmation, personal information sheet, and related documents
  • Prepare and share stakeholder reports and create/update SOPs, process guidelines, knowledge base, and process flows

Overview:

Job Title: Senior Specialist HRSS (North America Region Support)
Location: Bengaluru
Shift Timings: 5PM – 2AM IST

About the role
• Handle HR related queries & administrative tasks for the North America region
• Interact with Regional HRs (HRBPs) on a regular basis to carry out daily tasks
• New Joiner package (various employment types) containing employment contracts, remote working contract,
data privacy confirmation, personal information sheet, company car user contracts, car policy, commission
contract for Sales employees
• Contract amendments for promotion, position change, salary change, department change, FTE-change
• Confirmation of resignations, preparation of termination letters, confirmation of maternity and parental leaves
• Reference letters (via system) – Probation confirmation, Vacation balance confirmation, Benefits confirmation,
proof of employment and Employee referral confirmation letters
• Administer programs like Rewards & Recognitions through internal systems and processes
• Prepare and share stakeholder reports
• Create and update process documents (SOPs, Process guidelines, Knowledge base, process flows)
About you
Work Experience & Skills
• Any bachelor’s degree
• 3-4 experience of years in HR Shared Services
• Strong communication, writing, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
• Adaptability, problem-solving and conflict resolution
