We are looking for a Data Governance / Data Quality Analyst to support enterprise data initiatives by improving data integrity, defining governance standards, and partnering with business stakeholders. This role blends hands-on data analysis with governance framework development.

Duration: 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform data profiling, analysis, and database research to identify critical data elements
• Design and implement data quality rules, controls, and monitoring/reporting processes
• Develop and maintain data governance policies, standards, and documentation
• Partner with business and data owners to define data structures, lineage, and common definitions
• Utilize SQL and/or Python for data exploration and validation
• Support implementation and use of tools such as Collibra, Soda, and Databricks Unity Catalog
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on data governance best practices
Required Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data governance, or business process development
• Strong SQL and/or Python skills for data analysis and profiling
• Experience with data governance and data quality tools (e.g., Collibra, Soda, Databricks)
• Knowledge of metadata management, data lineage, and data quality frameworks
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Experience:
• Industry experience in healthcare, life sciences, and/or financial services
• Experience implementing data governance tools and frameworks
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and data product ownership
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65.00 to $75.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
