The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, scheduling demos, and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline. This role requires a proactive and goal-oriented professional who can execute outbound sales strategies, build strong relationships, and collaborate closely with the sales team to drive conversions and support revenue growth.
Outbound Sales & Demo Scheduling
Initiate cold outreach via phone calls and emails to generate interest in the company’s offerings
Qualify leads and schedule demos with prospects, ensuring alignment with the sales team’s strategy
Manage and track all sales activity in CRM, ensuring consistent follow-ups and no missed opportunities
Lead Generation & Market Research
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and build targeted lists based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer persona
Leverage tools such as LinkedIn, industry databases, and company websites to identify high-value prospects
Continuously nurture the pipeline, following up with prospects and moving them through the sales process
Relationship Building & Rapport
Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects by offering value and addressing their needs
Communicate effectively to build rapport and understand prospect challenges
Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent engagement to drive demo attendance
Collaboration & Sales Support
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs from lead generation to demo scheduling
Provide feedback and insights to improve sales processes and outreach strategies
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, emails, and follow-ups
Sales Performance Tracking
Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics, including calls, emails, demos set, and conversions
Work toward individual and team KPIs aligned with overall sales objectives
Experience
2+ years of outbound sales experience, specifically in cold calling and email outreach
Proven ability to set demos and move prospects through the sales pipeline
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
Ability to conduct market research and build targeted prospect lists based on ICP and buyer persona
Self-sufficient and highly motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
Proficiency in CRM tools to track sales activities and manage leads (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills to ensure conversions and demo attendance
High-quality demo scheduling with qualified prospects, contributing to increased sales opportunities and revenue
Effective lead nurturing through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building, resulting in a strong sales pipeline
Accurate tracking of sales activities in the CRM, ensuring all prospects are properly managed
Strong rapport-building with prospects, leading to higher conversion rates from demos to closed deals
