Job description

Do you like to speak German well? Are you looking for work from home, including start day and training? Can you adapt to shift work, especially afternoon and weekend shifts? We have an interesting job opportunity for you! 

What will your job be? 

Handling incoming phone calls from customers, answering their questions and resolving their concerns regarding orders (returns, complaints, late shipments, damaged goods), customer accounts, invoices, etc. invoices, etc.

If you've never done anything like this before, don't despair, we'll be happy to teach you everything.

Requirements

- Excellent communication in German is a prerequisite. 

- You have a pleasant demeanor, good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. 

- You know how to use a computer, are eager to learn and can quickly find your way around a new environment. 

- You can get used to working in shifts between Monday and Sunday from 09:00 to 22:00, including public holidays and weekends (the weekly working fund is 38.75 hours). Part-timers are also accepted.
