Overview
We are seeking a technically strong Project Manager to lead the end-to-end setup of network infrastructure for a new offshore development center. This role will partner closely with a US-based core engineering team and oversee the full lifecycle of infrastructure fit-out for a new office environment.
This is a hands-on PM role requiring both technical fluency in network infrastructure and the ability to drive execution across global teams and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for network infrastructure setup, from planning through deployment and handoff
- Coordinate the fit-out of office network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, connectivity, security, and hardware deployment
- Partner with US-based engineering teams to ensure alignment on architecture, standards, and implementation
- Manage cross-functional teams including network engineers, vendors, and local site resources
- Drive project planning, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across all phases
- Provide regular status reporting, risk management, and governance updates to senior stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to enterprise standards, security requirements, and compliance protocols
- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges
- Oversee vendor coordination, procurement alignment, and implementation sequencing
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering network infrastructure projects (office buildouts, data centers, or similar environments)
- Strong technical understanding of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routing/switching, firewalls, connectivity, cabling, etc.)
- Experience managing full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure)
- Demonstrated ability to work with distributed/global teams, particularly US-based stakeholders
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and providing executive-level reporting
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks
- Ability to lead and coordinate engineering teams and third-party vendors
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience setting up infrastructure for offshore or global delivery centers
- Background working in enterprise environments with defined architecture and security standards
- Familiarity with network security, cloud connectivity, and hybrid environments
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification
