About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will take end‑to‑end ownership of delivering customer solutions ranging from small to large and complex engagements. You’ll coordinate cross‑functional GTT teams and trusted third‑party partners, while working closely with customer project teams to ensure outcomes are delivered on time, on budget and to agreed quality standards.
You’ll be the single point of accountability for your projects, applying GTT’s Project Management methodology to drive clarity, momentum and customer confidence from initiation through to handover into operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own and manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, varying in size and complexity
Lead virtual, cross‑functional project teams across Service Delivery, Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain and Product
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing all project communications
Host regular internal and external project calls, including weekly status reviews and monthly customer meetings
Produce and maintain key documentation, including Project Initiation Documents and status reports
Track progress using project management tools (e.g. MS Project), managing risks, issues, dependencies and change control
Own financial governance including cost tracking, budgeting and forecasting
Ensure quality standards are met through regular gate reviews and continuous improvement of delivery practices
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Proven experience delivering complex projects in a service delivery or technology‑led environment
Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence working directly with customers
Experience managing budgets, risks and cross‑functional teams
Structured, proactive approach with strong communication and organisation skills
Nice to Have:
Experience in telecoms, networking or managed services
Familiarity with formal project management methodologies
