Business Analyst – Insurance Tech Responsibilities • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in insurance and the InsureMO platform, leading client meetings, discussing business requirements, and configuring products (rules, formulas). • Perform functional analysis and support the definition of solutions for insurance processes (Policy Administration, Finance, Claims). • Participate in Discovery sessions and support the implementation of insurance projects. • Configure Insurance Products on the InsureMO platform for issuance, claims, and financial processes. • Execute calls, perform tests, and understand business flows based on integrations using APIs. Requirements • Proven experience in insurance implementation projects. • Strong knowledge of insurance processes (policy structure, claims, calculations). • Familiarity with APIs (REST, JSON) and ability to perform tests and integrations. • Technical background to work with low code languages (Groovy / OPA). • Desired experience with InsurTech platforms (InsureMO) and documentation tools. Nice to Have • Knowledge of ACORD standards. • Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira/Confluence.
