Responsibilities

• Leverage your local network to drive organic growth

• Engage in local communities (online & offline) and join relevant conversations

• Create and share authentic, culturally relevant content

• Act as the brand’s local voice in a natural, relatable way

• Turn local trends, memes, and behaviors into engagement

• Share your views on crypto/investing to build trust

• Provide insights on user sentiment, trends, and growth opportunities

Requirements

1. Local Background (Must-have)

• Lived in Brazil or Mexico for 3+ years

• Have a real and stable local social circle (friends, colleagues, communities)

• Understand local spending habits, financial mindset, and attitudes toward investing

• Know how locals use social media, where they spend time, and who they trust

2. Social Media Activity (Must-have)

• Active on at least 2 platforms: Instagram, WhatsApp groups, YouTube, or Telegram

• Regularly post or engage (not just a passive viewer)

• Fluent in either Portuguese or Spanish with natural, local expression

• Have a personal content style — even with a small audience, engagement should be real

• Good communication in English or Chinese for daily work within the team

3. Crypto / Investing Awareness (Nice to have)

• Hands-on experience in crypto trading or personal investing

• Able to explain in your local language: “Why I use this platform”

• Understand basic trading concepts — not required to be an expert, but must be a real user
