Job description

LMW is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new market opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, marketing materials, and pitches to prospective clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and network effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
