Job Summary

We are hiring a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a remote cold calling job focused on booking appointments for residential solar consultations.

This is a high-volume outbound sales role where success is driven by discipline, consistency, and the ability to follow a proven process. You will be responsible for engaging homeowners, qualifying them for solar programs, and scheduling consultations for the closing team.

  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling
  • Highly coachable and receptive to feedback through call reviews
  • Strong work ethic and consistency in hitting performance metrics
