Your Mission:

As Group Product Manager for our Travel Management vertical, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a big piece of Engine’s core, strategic product lines. What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for the management of our travel management function - the engine that makes our travel platform work for businesses.
  • Vision and roadmap setting for the travel management products and team strategy, including resource allocation, goal setting and strategic execution. This requires a balance between long and short term as well as a balance between individual team goals and the larger product area goals.
  • Work with cross functional design and engineering leaders to create the overarching strategy on the team.
  • You’ll own teams working on areas like Roles, Permissions, Account Setup, Travel Policies, Reporting, Insights and strategic integrations
  • Get your hands dirty and get into the product yourself if needed.

What You’ll Bring to Engine:

  • Experience: 8+ years in product management, including 2+ years in a people management or group PM role.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and launching successful financial products at scale.
  • Customer Obsession: Relentless focus on solving real problems for customers, with strong UX instincts and analytical rigor.
  • Tech Fluency: Comfort and experience working with technical teams
  • Mindset: You’re a builder at heart—hands-on, collaborative, and excited to scale a new product from the ground up.
