Growth is on the table, professionally and personally. We invest in talent and celebrate our people, plain and simple. Curious? Let’s talk.

billups believes that each member makes a significant contribution to our success. That contribution should not be limited by the assigned responsibilities outlined in a job description. Therefore, this job description is designed to outline primary duties, qualifications and job scope, but not limit the employee nor the organization to just the work identified. It is our expectation that each team member will offer his/her services wherever and whenever necessary to ensure the success of our endeavors and to pursue individual career growth.

What You’ll Do:

You will define product vision and strategy, lead the full product lifecycle, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. You will conduct customer and market research, gather and analyze customer and user feedback, evolve product strategy based on data and industry trends, and develop new products while enhancing existing ones. You will engage closely with Engineering and Sciences teams on technical implementation and schedules, manage development timelines, identify issues, communicate them to stakeholders, and release product features regularly. You will also provide business guidance across Product, Engineering, and Sciences, and collaborate with Marketing and business teams on release plans, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.

What you'll bring:

  • 3-5 years of product management experience.

  • Experience with product management or product design with a focus on internet products and technologies.

  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UX/UI, sales, customer support, finance, or marketing.

  • Experience conducting customer & market research, analyzing customer and user feedback, and identifying product opportunities.

  • Ability to present and clearly articulate product strategy, express complex concepts in plain language, and achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
