ESG Toulouse, école de management et de commerce, recherche pour son entreprise partenaire, dans le domaine du management et du développement commercial, un(e) Business Unit Manager en contrat d’alternance 🚀

Missions :

Rattaché(e) à l’équipe management, vous serez chargé(e) de :

  • Participer à la définition de la stratégie de la Business Unit

  • Piloter le développement commercial de l’activité

    • Prospection et acquisition de nouveaux clients

    • Fidélisation du portefeuille existant

  • Suivre et analyser la performance commerciale et financière (KPI)

  • Gérer le budget et optimiser la rentabilité de la BU

  • Manager et animer une équipe

    • Accompagnement des collaborateurs

    • Suivi des objectifs individuels et collectifs

  • Mettre en place des actions marketing et commerciales

  • Assurer la veille concurrentielle et sectorielle

  • Développer des partenariats stratégiques

  • Contribuer à l’amélioration des process internes

  • Assurer le reporting auprès de la direction

  • Garantir la satisfaction client et la qualité de service

Profil :

Nous recherchons un profil titulaire d’un Bac+3 minimum dans le domaine du management, commerce ou gestion.
