Job Role: Business Development Representative
Compensation range: $1,200 AUD - $2,000 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.
Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.
Who The Client Is: A performance marketing agency specialising in customer acquisition for SMEs in the service and retail industries, with Australian and international clients. The Founder is based in London but maintains Australian tax residency and returns to Sydney regularly. Services include paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Meta Ads), Amazon PPC, SEO, conversion rate optimisation, and data analytics - with a focus on improving return on ad spend and growing customer bases for their clients.
Role Overview: We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive outbound sales activity on behalf of the business Founder. This is a high-output, communications-focused role centred on generating qualified sales conversations with brands across LinkedIn, email, and Instagram. The ideal candidate is a confident, proactive communicator who can represent the founder and the brand with professionalism and consistency.
