  • Help maintain internal legal documentation, templates, and process checklists.

  • Support regulatory and compliance activities, including monitoring changes in regulations and updating internal stakeholders.

  • Participate in cross-functional projects, assisting Legal in collaborating with teams such as Sales, Product, People, and Finance.

  • Help with legal operations, including tracking deadlines, managing external counsel documents, and organizing internal legal resources.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled (and available for at least the next 6 months) in a law degree program:

    • Staatsexamen, bachelor’s or master’s— ideally with coursework in commercial, corporate, tech, or financial regulatory law.

  • Strong interest in tech, SaaS, fintech, or compliance regulations (AML, data protection, financial regulation).

  • Strong English skills (C1 or above); German skills are a plus and helpful for reviewing documents.

  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks reliably.

  • Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and asking questions proactively.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • Reliability and discretion when handling confidential information.

What You’ll Gain:

  • Hands-on experience supporting an in-house legal team at a fast-growing tech company.

  • Exposure to global legal topics across commercial law, compliance, data protection, and regulatory requirements.

  • Insight into how legal frameworks support a SaaS business in the financial sector.

  • The opportunity to contribute to real projects and see your work have an impact.

  • A supportive environment where you can learn from experienced legal professionals.

  • Cross-functional exposure to teams such as Sales, Product, Customer Success, People, and Leadership.
