Job Title : Managerial Consultant
Location : Remote
Duration : Long Term
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience as Chief of Staff, Executive Consultant, Managerial Consultant, Program Manager who's provided support to executive leadership and has hands on administrative execution experience (calendaring, powerpoint development, etc.)
  • Healthcare experience is now required
  • 5+ years of direct related experience
  • Direct experience supporting SVP or Executives as a "strategic" thought partner
  • Proven executive consulting skillset - advising/consulting, help shape strategy
  • Expert-level PowerPoint skills - able to build executive ready decks from a blank slide (storyline, messaging, visuals)
  • Ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience in organizational strategy and governance
  • Ability to flex between strategy and hands on execution
  • Must have business acumen experience
