Title: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Raleigh, NC (100% remote)

Job Description:

We are looking for 3 Sr. Business Systems Analyst to come in and support the Core Payments division within the bank. These individuals will be responsible for providing advanced technical and operational business system support. Assessments to determine business requirements and implements functional specifications to assigned systems. Ensures that developed solutions support Bank objectives through reporting and analysis activities. May involve elements of system testing. 2 BSAs will support payment systems, Domestic and International Wires. 1 BSA will support Insurance, Small Business Loans, Merchant Services, etc. Need individuals who are detail oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and analytical and problem solvers.

Top Desired Skills:

· Experienced in Documentation – i.e. Requirements, Agendas, Meeting Minutes, Writing Test Cases (May be called to drive meetings)

· Experience in documenting existing systems and their workflows (FCB Examples: System Requirements Documents (SRD), Service Design Package (SDP), Operational Enhancement Analyst Document (OEAD))

· Financial Services experience - Ideally experience with Wire Transfers or Payments (ACH/Real Time)

· Working with 3rd part Vendors
