Requirements:

Deliver ShiftWizard training to healthcare customers, including live/remote training (approximately 75%) and documentation (25%)
Develop and maintain training materials such as videos, reference guides, slide decks, and user manuals
Utilize diverse training styles: live/virtual presentations, demos, how-to guides, and custom training curricula
Demonstrate clear, concise communication and align with the team's culture

- 3+ years of SHIFTWIZARD experience
-Experienced in previously supporting Healthcare customers with Shiftwizard training support

- Training material expectation breakdown- Videos, reference guides, etc.- hands on 75% "live trainings remote”/25% documentation- video, ppt, docs
-Must be highly skilled with various types of training styles- live/virtual presentations, demos, "how to” reference guides, custom training curriculum, documentation of processes, PowerPoint presentations, user manuals etc.

*Must have a high level of communication, looking for someone who speaks clearly and concisely, are really looking for a cultural fit as they are a very tight knit familial group that has worked together for a long time*
