Job description:

Position: Salesforce Architect to work with 3rd party vendor on the integration of the Order Management (OM) module and ensure seamless integration of Supply Chain components within Salesforce. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Service Cloud and be capable of evaluating and ensuring the quality of the vendor s integration work.

Profile:

8 years of Salesforce experience,

3 as an Architect Experience with Salesforce Order Management (OM) module.

Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Experience with Salesforce Supply Chain (strongly preferred)

Strong background in system integration and architecture

Ability to evaluate vendor work and ensure compliance with best practices.

3-5 Must Haves
* One or more relevant salesforce certifications
* 8+ years of Salesforce experience, 3+ years as an Architect
* Experience with Salesforce Order Management (OM) module
* Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
* Strong background in system integration and architecture

Primary Skills
One or more relevant salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Order Management Consultant They need them to help work with the vendor (Genpact) on the integration of the OM (Order Management) module. Would like them to have Service Cloud as well. They need them to evaluate the work that Genpact is doing to make sure they are integrating things correctly. Didier also thinks it would be helpful if they had a Supply Chain background as they need to integrate Supply Chain (as a service) as a hybrid component within SF. As far as the level of candidate he prefers mid-level not too high of an architect but needs to make sure things are being integrated correctly within OM.
