  • Completed commercial training or degree (e.g., business administration, trade, marketing) with a business focus

Responsibilities

  • Own the revenue, margin, and cost budgets for the Professional Garden Tools category, including MX FUEL Technology
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and access new target groups and distribution channels
  • Collaborate with the Team Lead Category Management to plan and execute annual targets and market development measures; provide support to Key Account Management with relevant product information and application examples
  • Monitor promotions, special pricing and other data requiring four-eyes approvals; maintain ongoing information exchange about product developments, market trends, and applications with relevant interfaces; contribute to budget planning and volume-building for the category

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die Erreichung von Umsatz-, Margen- und Kostenbudgets der Warengruppe Professionelle Gartengeräte inklusive unserer MX FUEL Technologie
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Marktanteilserweiterung und Erschließung neuer Zielgruppen und Vertriebswege
  • Enge Abstimmung mit dem Teamlead Category Management zur Planung und Umsetzung von Jahreszielen und Marktentwicklungsmaßnahmen
  • Effektive Unterstützung von Key Account Management & Verkaufsleitung durch Bereitstellung relevanter Produktinformationen & Anwendungsbeispielen
  • Aktives Monitoring von Aktionen, Sonderpreisen und weiteren Daten für Freigaben nach dem Vier-Augen-Prinzip
  • Kontinuierlicher Informationsaustausch über Produktentwicklungen, Markttrends und Anwendungsfelder mit relevanten Schnittstellen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Budgetplanung und dem Volume-Build für die verantwortete Warengruppe

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium (z. B. BWL, Handel, Marketing) mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Fokus
  • Mindestens vier Jahre nachweisliche Berufserfahrung im aktiven Vertrieb, idealerweise in der relevanten Zielbranchen- oder Produktsparte
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen mit Erfahrung in Datenanalyse, im Forecasting und in der Sortimentsplanung
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch auf C2-Niveau, Englisch mindestens auf B2-Niveau gepaart mit Kommunikationssicherheit auf Fach- und Managementebene
  • Nachweisliche Stärken in Verhandlung und Schnittstellenmanagement innerhalb einer Matrixorganisation
  • Strategische Markt- und Produktkenntnisse sowie Fähigkeit, Markttrends zu bewerten und Wachstumschancen abzuleiten
  • Wohnsitz innerhalb der D-A-CH Region, vorzugsweise in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland
