The Role

Candex is looking for a team player that possesses fantastic interpersonal, leadership and influencing skills. You’ll need to be highly organized and have experience working with C-suite and across functional teams. We're looking for someone who is self-motivated and self-directed and constantly striving for improvement and identifying ways to increase revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize financial and operational data to develop analyses (e.g., pricing scenarios, customer profitability, payback, ROI) that enable data-driven decision-making

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate KPIs into actionable financial targets and performance metrics

  • Analyze and report on key financial indicators, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement

  • Manage investor reporting, fundraising materials, and board presentation preparation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate development, or investment banking

  • Proven ability to distill complex financial analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficient in GSuite

  • Knowledge of Tableau for reporting and analytics

  • Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software tools
