The Role

Candex is growing rapidly, and we are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our technology department. This position will be instrumental in developing new products and capabilities on our platform for our clients.

Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to build new features end-to-end.

  • Coordinate with engineering and product leadership to define projects that help us meet business objectives.

  • Support existing platforms including: additions to features, upgrade of technology and implementation of new clients’ requests.

  • Work with support to investigate and debug technical support requests and client issues.

  • Work in an Agile environment, at a sustainable pace of one/two-week sprints.

  • Continuously learn and evaluate new technologies and guide team decision making.

  • Mentor, pair, and delegate work to encourage the professional and technical growth of peers.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience developing production web applications preferably in Microsoft stack

  • BSc/BA in Computer Science or equivalent military background

  • Deep knowledge in software architecture design

  • Deep knowledge in either Client side or Server side

  • Experience with SQL, general database knowledge

  • Great analytical and troubleshooting skills

  • Motivated, energetic and ambitious team player

  • Passionate for code quality, testing and performance

  • FinTech background - advantage

  • Experience with AWS technologies - advantage

  • Experience with Testing Frameworks - advantage
