Qualifications

  • 5+ years of backend or AI-related development experience with solid engineering fundamentals and system design capabilities.
  • Familiarity with large-model application development patterns; hands-on experience with AI Agents, RAG, tool-calling, or AI Infra.
  • Experience with intelligent agent orchestration using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen or similar frameworks; ability to handle model output uncertainty and tool-call failures.
  • Strong backend performance optimization skills for high-concurrency environments; proficient in streaming, asynchronous scheduling, multi-level caching, and cost/resource control; proficient in at least one major backend language (Go/Java/Python).

Responsibilities

  • Use large language models as the core component to build backend systems with thinking, calling, and execution capabilities, translating product requirements and reasoning chains into stable, scalable Agentic Workflows.
  • Orchestrate and operationalize AI Agents, including model invocation, tool-calling, multi-step reasoning, state management, and exception handling to ensure stable execution of complex business processes.
  • Contribute to core modules such as model integration, inference services, RAG, and data processing to drive scalable deployment of AI capabilities in real-world scenarios.
  • Optimize AI systems for high concurrency and reliability, including streaming responses, asynchronous scheduling, caching strategies, and cost control; ensure governance and performance improvements.

岗位职责
1、以大模型（LLM）作为核心组件，参与构建具备“思考、调用、执行”能力的后端业务系统，将产品需求与思维链转化为稳定、可扩展的 Agentic Workflow（智能体工作流）。
2、负责 AI Agent 的编排与工程化落地，包括模型调用、工具调用（Tool-calling）、多步推理、状态管理与异常处理，保障复杂业务流程的稳定执行。
3、参与模型接入、推理服务、RAG 与数据处理等核心模块建设，推动 AI 能力在真实业务场景中的规模化应用。
4、针对高并发、高可靠场景，对 AI 系统进行性能优化与工程治理，包括流式响应、异步调度、缓存策略与成本控制。
5、与产品、前端、算法及平台团队协作，持续优化 AI 系统的研发效率与交付质量，在复杂问题中独立推进模块级方案落地。

任职要求
1、5 年及以上后端或 AI 相关研发经验，具备扎实的工程基础与系统设计能力。 
2、熟悉大模型应用开发范式，具备 Agent、RAG、工具调用或 AI Infra 的实际项目经验。
3、具备智能体编排经验，熟悉 LangChain、LangGraph、AutoGen 或类似框架，并能够处理模型输出不确定性、工具调用失败等复杂情况。
4、具备较强的后端性能优化能力，熟悉高并发场景下的流式处理、异步任务调度、多级缓存与资源成本控制。
5、熟悉至少一门主流后端语言（Go / Java / Python 等），代码质量与工程意识良好。 
6、对 AI 技术具备高度热情，具备“AI 原住民”工程思维，能够在不确定性中快速迭代并推动结果落地。
