Job description


Oxford Solutions has an opening with a client for an experienced Supply Chain Consulting Project Manager to lead client-facing engagements focused on operational improvement and labor management solutions. This is a direct hire opportunity offering remote flexibility within the United States, with travel up to 60%.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in industrial engineering, supply chain consulting, or operations who enjoys working directly with clients to drive measurable performance improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple client engagements from kickoff through delivery, ensuring projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget
  • Manage project plans, timelines, and cross-functional teams across operations, IT, HR, and finance
  • Conduct operational assessments across distribution, warehouse, and fulfillment environments
  • Develop and implement labor models, workforce planning strategies, and productivity improvements
  • Support labor management system implementations and multi-site rollouts
  • Facilitate client meetings, executive updates, and workshops to drive alignment and decision-making
  • Present findings, recommendations, and results to stakeholders
  • Identify additional opportunities to expand client relationships and services
  • Mentor and guide project team members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • 7+ years of consulting or operations experience, with a focus on supply chain or industrial engineering
  • Experience leading client-facing projects and managing multiple workstreams
  • Strong understanding of labor management systems or workforce optimization tools
  • Background in distribution, warehouse, or fulfillment operations preferred
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical and presentation abilities
  • Ability to travel up to 60% and work in dynamic client environments

  • Must have reliable transportation and convenient access to a major airport
