Good negotiating skills and strong business acumen
Advanced abilities in Microsoft Office including Project, Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint
CI experience (Green / Black Belt certified) and data analytical background
3-5 years of experience in supply chain, preferably with experience across multiple supply chain areas (warehousing, logistics, sourcing/procurement, etc.)

Job description
Job responsibilities:
Manage medium to large scale projects across the KH CG, HEC, PM and TEC Supply Chains
Partner with cross-functional teams, customers & clients on process improvement and best practices, to develop, monitor and implement plans for delivery projects, within budget and in line with expectations.
Liaise with project stakeholder to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
Monitor and track project's progress and handle any issues that arise.
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
Management and negotiation of retailer Distribution Centre fees.
Establish, manage and maintain relationship with the stakeholders, business partners and third parties/vendors.
Be able to make effective use of data and use data analytical tools to determine effective solutions for cost saving opportunities
Use CI skills to continually improve existing processes & determine new and better ways of working
Assist in the development, standardization and implementation of documentation including process flows, standard operating procedures and business templates
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Possess the ability to lead small teams through the project planning & project execution phases
