  • 7-10 years of supply chain management experience in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in SAP system for procurement and inventory management.
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, and vendor management.

Requirements:

  • Manage strategic sourcing of raw materials and operational expenses.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations.
  • Maintain inventory levels and prepare management reports.
  • Coordinate with plant and sales teams for timely delivery of products.

Job description

We are looking for a Deputy Manager Supply Chain for an Oil & Gas plant in Mumbai.

Job Profile:
Strategic sourcing of raw material and manage other Opex for the plant.
Managing day to day inbound and outbound logistics.
Monitor and control inventory levels and order quantities to ensure optimal stock levels.
Creation of PRPO , Production order, Vendor code in SAP as per USER requirement
Creation of Vendor Code in Vendor Workflow SAP System for plant purchases
Maintain supply chain inventory and records and prepare MIS on regularly basis as per requirement.
Processing of vendor invoices in timely manner and ensuring payments are made on time in line with agreed terms.
Vendor management – evaluation, assessment and development including compliance.
Negotiate with supplierstransporters for achieving price targets.
Implement negotiated contracts and monitor contractual compliance.
Coordinate between Plant Operation team and Sales team for Smooth and fastest delivery of product & services
Comply with the Procurement and Supply Chain policies and procedures.

Requirements:
710 Years of SCM experience in a manufacturing plant unit
BEBTech preferred.
Knowledge of SAP
Must have logistics and transportation management experience.
