Job description


Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking an HRIS Data Integration Analyst for a 6-month contract opportunity. This is a fully remote role for candidates located in the EST or CST time zones. This position is ideal for a data-focused professional with strong experience in HR systems, data cleansing, and integration workstreams.

This role will play a key part in an ERP upgrade, supporting HRIS data migration, validation, and reporting. The focus is on ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and continuity across systems during a large-scale transition.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HRIS data cleansing and preparation efforts for ERP system integration
  • Perform detailed data mapping between HRIS and ERP platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Audit datasets to identify discrepancies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare and organize historical HR data for reporting and executive-level insights
  • Support ongoing monthly HRIS reporting and analytics needs
  • Troubleshoot data issues and refine data extraction and reporting processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow and system alignment

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with data cleansing, auditing, and complex data mapping
  • Hands-on experience working with HRIS systems and employee data structures
  • Experience supporting data migration, system integrations, or ERP implementations
  • Ability to manage large datasets across multiple integration cycles or large-scale projects
  • Self-starter with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work across teams

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with ADP
  • Background supporting large ERP upgrades or HRIS integrations
