Responsibilities

  • Conduct and manage on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments per SOS field inventory processes.
  • Meet with insured, their point of contact, the adjuster, public adjuster, and/or restoration company onsite to perform walkthroughs and photograph inventory of each room.
  • Work independently to capture a complete inventory of total loss contents and complete reports within 24 hours of inventory completion.
  • Coordinate with the Scheduling team on assignments and communicate daily with Field Manager and Service Manager regarding operational issues and improvements.

Part Time - Field Claims Representative, Virtual PA/NY

The Role
Conduct and manage on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments pursuant to SOS field inventory processes.

Complete all tasks assigned in a diligent manner consistent with department, facility or operational and corporate goals and objectives.

Assist in business development activities in conjunction with new and existing service offerings.

Promote, build, and maintain good customer relations with adjusters assist in retention and repeat use.

Communicate with your Field Manager and Service Manager on a daily basis with regards to operational issues and/or improvements.

Follow all standard operating and safety procedures, written and oral, at all times.

Ability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as assigned.



What You’ll Do

  • Present in a professional manner both in personal and vehicle appearance.
  • Ability to work in adverse conditions (post loss insurance claims).
  • Perform work assignments in a safe and concise manner, following all Enservio safety standards.
  • You will coordinate with our Scheduling team on scheduled and receiving assignments.
  • You will meet with insured, their POC, the adjuster, public adjuster, and/or restoration company onsite.
  • You conduct a walkthrough and a brief interview of the insured while taking overall photos of each room in the home/business.
  • You will work independently capturing a complete inventory of the total loss contents throughout the home/business.
  • You will be responsible for completing reports and administrative duties within 24 hours of completion of the inventory capture.

 

What You'll Bring

  • Strong problem solving, project management skills while maintaining excellent customer service with client policyholder and insurance company claim staff.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, writing and communication skills.
  • Excellent personal organization and leadership skills.
  • Results oriented with the ability to accomplish work in a team environment.
  • Property and Casualty claim experience a plus.
  • Restoration industry experience a plus.
  • Ability to travel to site location in your geographic area.
  • Ability to lift without any physical restrictions up to 30 pounds.
  • Work independent of direct onsite supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle available for use
  • Daily travel, both local and overnight.
