We're looking for a a Sales Engineer with strong knowledge of IT and security, capable of engaging directly with customers, understanding technical needs, and translating them into effective solutions. The role requires excellent communication skills and fluency in English, along with a customer-oriented mindset.
The Sales Engineer plays a critical role in the sales cycle by delivering technical expertise and designing tailored telecom, network, security, and cloud solutions. This individual will work closely with Channel Managers, advisors, and their end clients to understand business objectives, develop customized architectures, and clearly articulate technical value.

Requirements:
- Native Spanish or Portuguese language is a must.
- Advanced English level (C1 or Higher) is necessary for daily communication.
- Proven experience in Sales Engineering and technical solution design across telecom, network, security, and cloud environments.
- Strong background supporting customized connectivity solutions (fiber, DIA, SD-WAN, SASE, UCaaS, CCaaS, etc.).
- Experience working alongside channel sales teams or Channel Managers in a partner-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with internal Channel Managers to support advisor opportunities.
- Providing technical guidance to advisors and their end clients.
- Designing and positioning customized telecom, connectivity, security, and cloud solutions.
- Delivering technical presentations and solution demonstrations.
- Assisting in solution validation, scoping, and provider selection.
- Collaborating with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution from opportunity to order.
- Acting as a trusted technical resource and advocate throughout the sales process.
