This role with be instrumental in preserving the integrity of the data within our CRM, Salesforce.com. This data drives business decisions and determines compensation for Sales employees, so accuracy is required. This role will run reports to identify data inconsistencies and work to correct those inconsistencies, interface with Sales reps to understand the data, will collaborate with other Sales Operations team members to assist in testing new functionality, and aid in developing new projects as needed. There is potential to grow in this role and learn more about the setup of our Salesforce.com implementation and take on more responsibility across all the previously listed areas.

• Data integrity - review audit reports and correcting inaccurate data
• Flag data issues and frequent inconsistencies in order to drive automation intended to prevent such inconsistencies 3. Run reports in Salesforce.com and manage data in Excel
• Communicate with other Sales Operations team members and assist on ad-hoc projects
• Review accounts for data accuracy and approve for sales reps to proceed 6. Assist with testing new functionality in Salesforce.com per instructions given

• 1-3 years of Salesforce.com experience (Admin/Superuser)
• Power Excel User
• Heavily Focused on data, attention to detail required
• Bachelor's degree - either in Finance or Accounting (Preferred)
• Relevant experience with Tech companies
• Can easily take directions given
• Can see the whole picture and identify areas to improve on
• Can work/has worked with a team remotely
• Excited about the work (Sales Operations)
• Curious and someone who wants to learn
