Sales Operations Analyst


GameChange Solar is one of the fastest growing, most dynamic companies in the booming solar industry. We are a leader in the solar racking and tracker industry with a dynamic and driven team passionate about changing the game in solar. Our products are designed to be the fastest installing and most cost-effective in the industry.


We are looking for innovative, intelligent, and driven professionals who want to make a positive impact on the planet. This position is geared to someone who is highly analytical and has excellent communication skills. As a part of the Business Development team, it is critical to ensure a clear and concise view of the sales pipeline. This includes compiling and pulling reports from our Netsuite system, as well as working closely with IT and Finance to modify and improve the system as needed. This is a prime opportunity to get started in a rapidly growing company, for someone looking to become an integral part of the team.


Sales Operations Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Create, validate and maintain Project records in Netsuite
  • Provide any necessary data, slide decks or reports to the sales team
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop methodologies for tracking and evaluating sales performance
  • Create and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations illustrating sales performance metrics, trends, and forecasts
  • Team expert utilizing Excel, CRM and ERP
  • Oversee CRM hygiene, with frequent contact to Business Development team to ensure proper entries
  • Ensure proper documentation is completed with other vendors and partners
  • Maintain an organized and accessible digital file system for administrative and sales professionals
  • Handle any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents
  • Acknowledge customers (and coworkers) by promptly responding to emails, texts, and phone calls


Sales Operations Analyst Qualification/Requirements:

  • Experience with CRM systems, Netsuite is a plus
  • MBA/Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales analysis and/or financial analysis
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in putting together compelling slide decks
  • Adaptable and eager to learn; self-starter who is willing to wear multiple hats to accomplish goals and can work independently w/o supervision once trained
  • Team-oriented
  • Someone who thinks outside the box and brings new ideas
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Prior solar energy experience is a plus


Job Type: Full-time

Location: Remote

Salary: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
