  • Quiet home office with stable internet (≥10 Mbps down, 2 Mbps up) and a backup connection; Bachelor's or Associate’s degree preferred.

About the Role

This candidate will be supporting e-commerce operations and creative production in a fast-paced environment. The position requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently while ensuring tasks are tracked and completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and monitor daily orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Coordinate and track inventory and stock transfers with warehouses and partners.
  • Provide timely customer service and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Update website imagery and assist with product page updates.
  • Support retailer onboarding with catalogs and sales materials.
  • Create and adapt creative assets using Canva, Photoshop, and AI tools.
  • Develop basic marketing materials such as postcards, price lists, and one-sheets.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and operations team as needed.

  • 2+ years of experience with E-commerce platforms.
  • Experience with tools like Asana, Canva, Photoshop (or equivalent), AI tools, Google Sheets / Google Docs (or equivalent).

  • Hourly rate starting at USD 1288$/month (final rate will be experience-based).
