Roles & Responsibilities

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads, including Meta Ads Manager, with proficiency in GA4 and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish
  • Experience with UTM links, conversion pixels, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred and quiet home office with a stable internet connection (≥10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up)

Requirements:

  • Manage Meta ad accounts and campaigns end-to-end (setup, optimization, and reporting), including tracking setup (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and event tracking)
  • Monitor daily performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CVR) and adjust budgets and pacing based on real-time data
  • Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, ad copy, and landing pages; analyze results to drive ROAS improvements
  • Collaborate with creative teams and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations; stay updated on Meta best practices

About the Role

The Media Buyer will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). This role is responsible for scaling ad performance, analyzing campaign data, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) through data-driven strategies and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all Meta ad accounts and campaigns from setup to reporting. Monitor and analyze daily performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CVR).
  • Adjust budgets and pacing based on real-time performance data.
  • Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad content.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure accurate tracking setup (Meta Pixel, Conversion API, event tracking).
  • Stay updated on Meta Ads best practices and algorithm changes.
