Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of software engineering experience with Java, preferably in financial services or trading systems
Proven track record of leading and growing engineering teams
Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, performance optimization, and security
Requirements:
Lead and manage the Java engineering organization for Trading Services, setting technical direction and priorities
Architect and drive scalable, reliable, and secure trading platforms and services
Collaborate with product management, risk, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver value
Mentor engineers, establish best practices, code quality standards, and ensure delivery excellence
