🚀 Your next challenge

As the global product manager for Merchants Complementary Services, your main objectives will be to:

  • Define the products to deliver the value added services offers, in a global/mutualized way, for our countries
  • Work with the offers team to efficiently test and learn new offers in countries and own the product discovery process for each offer typology, in collaboration with priority countries
  • Prioritize & sequence the roadmap for the product platform capabilities
  • Act as product owner with the squads who will build the products
  • Ensure transverse alignment with country and global stakeholders to ensure that they are fully aware of global standards and global roadmap
  • Define the KPIs and metrics that will be followed to measure the success of the products
  • Act as the EPIC owner for related EPICs (BUILD) and co-own with country EPIC owners for country deployment

Day to Day you will:

  • Identify business and user needs that should be fulfilled by the products
  • Contribute to building the B2M Product Vision & Roadmap with Global tech teams, Global Offers team, UX,-UI, Global Digital Marketing and Countries’ Product, CX, Merchants and Tech teams
  • Slice and prioritize the global Product Backlog items to maximize value leveraging Scaled Agile
  • Work with Global squads (UX, digital marketing, data, IT, architecture…) to refine multi-country features
  • Analyze the performance of the touchpoints & APIs under your responsibility, with the support of a Product Data Analyst, to continuously improve the customer experience and your business contribution
  • Communicate largely on your product roadmap to inspire countries to share opportunities and adopt more mutualized solutions
  • In collaboration with country POs, maintain an up-to-date mapping of all your functional capabilities, with clear view of scale and business value realisation
