Estamos buscando Senior UI Engineer para sumarse a una empresa B2B SaaS respaldada por capital privado, enfocada en optimizar operaciones financieras para negocios basados en suscripción a nivel global.

El rol se centra en diseñar y desarrollar interfaces de usuario de alta calidad con un fuerte enfoque en sistemas de diseño y precisión visual. La persona trabajará en estrecha colaboración con equipos de producto, diseño y desarrollo para crear experiencias consistentes, escalables y centradas en el usuario.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Mantener y evolucionar el sistema de diseño y librerías de componentes.

  • Desarrollar patrones de UI y mejorar herramientas e infraestructura frontend.

  • Garantizar altos estándares de accesibilidad, usabilidad y performance.

  • Colaborar en decisiones de arquitectura UI y experiencia de desarrollador.

  • Participar activamente en code reviews y discusiones de diseño.

Requisitos principales:

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia desarrollando interfaces de usuario en producción para aplicaciones web modernas.
  • Sólido dominio de HTML, CSS y JavaScript.
  • Experiencia práctica con frameworks modernos de frontend, especialmente React.
  • Fuerte criterio visual, con atención al layout, tipografía, espaciado, motion y estados de interacción.
  • Sólida comprensión de estándares de accesibilidad y principios de diseño inclusivo.
  • Alta atención al detalle combinada con capacidad de tomar decisiones pragmáticas.
  • Capacidad para pensar en sistemas y patrones en lugar de componentes aislados.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y mentalidad colaborativa.

Deseable: experiencia en design systems, animaciones UI, optimización de performance y herramientas de desarrollo asistidas por IA.
