Business Analysis & Requirements Management
* Conduct discovery workshops to understand business processes and pain points.
* Gather, document, and refine functional and technical requirements.
* Translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
* Manage backlog grooming and prioritization with product owners.
Salesforce Solution Support
* Map business requirements to Salesforce FSC, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud capabilities.
* Support solution design discussions with architects and developers.
* Identify opportunities for automation using Salesforce features like Flows and standard functionality.
* Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices.
Process Improvement
* Analyze current state processes and define future-state workflows.
* Create process maps, business workflows, and functional specifications.
* Identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities.
* Recommend CRM adoption strategies and best practices.
Stakeholder Management
* Act as a liaison between business teams, technical teams, and leadership.
* Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and solution demos.
* Support UAT planning and business validation.
* Provide regular updates on requirement status and changes.
Testing & Release Support
* Prepare test scenarios and support SIT and UAT.
* Validate delivered functionality against requirements.
* Support release planning and change management activities.
* Assist with production support and issue triage.
Financial Services Domain Support
* Support FSC implementations including customer householding, financial accounts, and service processes.
* Support Sales Cloud for pipeline, opportunity, and account management.
* Support Service Cloud for case management and customer service workflows.
