Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP EWM Business Analyst to support enterprise warehouse management initiatives within a highly regulated environment. This is a true Business Analyst role focused on gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements—not SAP configuration or technical development. The ideal candidate will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, Business Process Owners (BPOs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), warehouse operations, and the System Integrator (SI) team to ensure business needs are translated into high-quality functional requirements and delivered successfully. This role requires strong experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) or SAP Warehouse Management (WM), business process analysis, testing readiness, and regulated industry compliance.

Work Arrangement: This is a 50/50 onsite/hybrid position, requiring approximately 50% onsite presence at Jacksonville, FL to collaborate with warehouse operations and business stakeholders, with the remaining time working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business requirements gathering sessions with Business Process Owners (BPOs), SMEs, and warehouse operations teams.
  • Document and manage business and functional requirements, ensuring complete traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain project artifacts, including business process documentation, user stories, process maps, requirements traceability matrices, and functional specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops and business process discussions to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Partner closely with the System Integrator (TCS) configuration team to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into SAP solutions.
  • Support Master Data and/or Internal Warehouse Process workstreams depending on project assignment.
  • Coordinate and support testing activities, including Dry Runs, Business Simulation Testing (BST), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect management.
  • Ensure compliance with GxP, SOX, Computer System Validation (CSV), and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
  • Work independently while collaborating effectively under Business Process Owner (BPO) leadership.
  • Support change management, documentation, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of Business Analysis experience supporting SAP EWM or SAP WM implementations or enhancements.

  • Experience working in regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or healthcare.
