Job description

Looking for Filipino (Philippines-based) candidates

Job Role: Graphic Designer

Compensation range: $2,000 AUD - $2,700 AUD / Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the US business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: The client is a global advertising technology platform that connects direct-to-consumer eCommerce brands with premium media publishers. Operating on a performance-based, cost-per-click model, it enables brands to gain high-quality editorial exposure while paying only for the traffic driven to their websites. Clients span a range of industries including beauty, fashion, home, and wellness, from emerging brands to established global names.

Role Overview: We are seeking a versatile and creative Graphic Designer with strong marketing instincts to support our growing global publishing and marketing teams. This role will be responsible for shaping the brand’s visual identity through high-impact design, motion, and engaging social content across multiple platforms.

The Graphic Designer will play a key role in creating compelling marketing assets, producing scroll-stopping visuals and videos, and driving brand presence and inbound interest while collaborating with a global team in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging, on-brand visual assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, website pages, sales collateral, infographics, product explainers, and more — ensuring every touchpoint feels polished and consistent
  • Develop and maintain a forward-looking creative pipeline aligned with marketing priorities, product launches, global events, and campaign needs
  • Translate complex ideas and datasets into simple, compelling visual narratives, whether through graphic design, motion, or lightweight animation
  • Help elevate and evolve Linkby’s visual identity, ensuring all creative aligns with brand guidelines while pushing quality and creativity forward
  • Own video creation, including editing short-form videos, motion graphics, product demos, founder interviews, event recaps, and social-first assets optimised for each platform
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to turn briefs, insights, and business goals into high-impact creative outputs
  • Support the growth of our social presence, especially as we expand into visually-led channels like Instagram and emerging platforms
  • Create templates, systems, and repeatable visual frameworks to help scale our global marketing efforts efficiently

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in graphic design, video editing, or multimedia content creation, ideally within a fast-paced marketing or tech environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand-building design, data visualization, social video, and creative storytelling across multiple digital formats
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or advanced Canva for rapid-turn assets
  • Highly proactive in developing multiple creative, strategically grounded brand directions, with a strong creative instinct
  • Experience creating short-form, social-optimised video for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and motion — with an eye for clean, modern, digital-first design
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with multiple teams across time zones
  • Highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a global, fast-moving company
  • Experience designing for ads, animations for product UI, or basic 3D/motion (not required, but a nice-to-have)

Work Arrangement & Expectations:

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.

To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Be available for meetings and collaboration during core [EST (US) or PHT] business hours
  • Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
  • Reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”)
