- Develop and maintain a forward-looking creative pipeline aligned with marketing priorities, product launches, global events, and campaign needs
- Translate complex ideas and datasets into simple, compelling visual narratives, whether through graphic design, motion, or lightweight animation
- Help elevate and evolve Linkby’s visual identity, ensuring all creative aligns with brand guidelines while pushing quality and creativity forward
- Own video creation, including editing short-form videos, motion graphics, product demos, founder interviews, event recaps, and social-first assets optimised for each platform
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to turn briefs, insights, and business goals into high-impact creative outputs
- Support the growth of our social presence, especially as we expand into visually-led channels like Instagram and emerging platforms
- Create templates, systems, and repeatable visual frameworks to help scale our global marketing efforts efficiently
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in graphic design, video editing, or multimedia content creation, ideally within a fast-paced marketing or tech environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand-building design, data visualization, social video, and creative storytelling across multiple digital formats
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or advanced Canva for rapid-turn assets
- Highly proactive in developing multiple creative, strategically grounded brand directions, with a strong creative instinct
- Experience creating short-form, social-optimised video for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and motion — with an eye for clean, modern, digital-first design
- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with multiple teams across time zones
- Highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a global, fast-moving company
- Experience designing for ads, animations for product UI, or basic 3D/motion (not required, but a nice-to-have)
