Required Skills (Must-Have):

  • Advanced SQL skills (comfortable with popular SQL dialects)

  • Query experience on Databricks or similar engines (Snowflake, BigQuery, Presto, Athena acceptable)

  • Familiarity with at least two BI tools (excluding Looker and ThoughtSpot)

  • Examples: Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, or similar tools

  • Rationale: Demonstrates conceptual understanding beyond single-tool expertise

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

  • Exposure to Looker or ThoughtSpot (semantic modeling concepts)

  • Some exposure to pipelining/ETL work to facilitate cross-training
