Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and highly organised Part-Time Personal Assistant to support
our client with a wide range of administrative and compliance-related tasks. This is an all-
round admin role, suited to someone who is confident handling compliance, enjoys staying
organised, and is comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Compliance
● Manage a high volume of compliance-related administration
● Ensure compliance documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date
● Type up and reformat technical documents as required
● Maintain and update records and spreadsheets
Email & Diary Management
● Monitor and manage email inboxes, sifting and prioritising messages
● Keep diaries fully up to date
● Schedule appointments and manage calendar changes efficiently
Invoicing & Financial Admin
● Raise and manage invoices
● General invoicing and admin support
Travel & Logistics
● Book hotels and related travel arrangements
● Use Google Maps to plan and plot job routes efficiently
● Ensure routes and schedules are practical and well organised
General Support
● Provide day-to-day administrative support to Anthony
● Act as a trusted point of contact for admin-related matters
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
● Strong administrative experience
● Good understanding of compliance or willingness to work in a compliance-heavy environment
● Excellent organisational and time management skills
● High attention to detail
● Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
● Comfortable working independently and proactively
Desirable
● Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
● Experience working with technical or regulated documentation
