Requirements
What You Be Doing:
â Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to UK businesses to introduce energy and
water-saving solutions.
â Consultative Sales: Identify decision-makers, uncover pain points, and qualify needs
through sharp, targeted questioning.
â Build Relationships: Develop trust and rapport with new prospects.
â Stay Ahead: Keep up with trends, competitor moves, and UK regulatory shifts to offer
timely, relevant advice.
â Own Your Numbers: Track your performance through KPIs, 121s, and conversion
reporting.
â Stay Compliant: Ensure all calls meet UK compliance standards—honesty builds
lasting relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
â Location: Cape Town (you'll work in a remote team based in Cape Town)
â B2B Sales Experience – Previous cold calling or lead gen experience is a big plus.
â Strong Communicator – You can clearly and confidently explain complex ideas.
â Resilient & Target-Driven – You bounce back from setbacks and stay focused on

â Customer-Focused – You genuinely want to help people solve problems.
â Tech Confident – Familiar with CRMs, MS Office, and quick to learn new systems.
