3D Designer

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Our client is seeking a highly skilled 3D Designer to support complex design presentations through photorealistic visualization and dynamic video content. The organization values technical precision, creative execution, and high-quality output that clearly communicates architectural, product, and engineering concepts. This role plays a critical part in transforming technical specifications and prototypes into compelling static and motion-based visual assets for clients.

Role Overview

The 3D Designer will create detailed 3D models, render photorealistic visuals, and produce high-quality video content to present complex design concepts. This role combines advanced 3D visualization, post-processing, and video editing expertise to deliver both static and dynamic assets that align with client specifications and artistic direction.

Key Responsibilities

3D Design & Visualization

• Create detailed, realistic 3D models for architectural, product, and related design projects

• Use Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, and V-Ray to render photorealistic visuals aligned with client specifications

• Develop accurate engineering drawings in AutoCAD and integrate them into 3D designs

Video Production & Editing

• Produce and edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, incorporating 3D visuals and animations

• Create motion graphics and engaging video content aligned with project goals

• Edit, color grade, and compose video content to ensure seamless, high-quality final outputs

Post-Processing & Compositing

• Use Adobe Photoshop to post-process 3D renders and composite final images

• Apply lighting, textures, and materials to achieve visually accurate and photorealistic results

Collaboration & Client Interaction

• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other team members to integrate 3D models into broader project workflows

• Interact with clients to understand requirements and implement revisions as needed

• Maintain organized workflows while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

Qualifications

Experience

• 3–5 years of professional experience in 3D design, visualization, and video production/editing

• Experience designing or visualizing bathroom products, building materials, or home improvement products (preferred)

• Experience with cinematography and camera work (preferred)

• Experience working with digital asset management systems (preferred)

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar rendering engines

• Strong AutoCAD skills for precise engineering drawings and technical design integration

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing and motion graphics

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for post-processing and compositing

• Deep understanding of 3D rendering techniques, lighting, materials, and textures for photorealistic output

• Proven experience in video composition, color grading, and audio editing

• Familiarity with additional 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Rhino, or SketchUp (preferred)

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product engineering (preferred)

• Understanding of social media video specifications and best practices (preferred)

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work from technical specifications, sketches, or prototypes

• Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teams and clients
