We are a premier growth consultancy partnering exclusively with founders and leadership teams in fast-scaling, high-ticket industries. Our clients range from elite fitness and premium healthcare to B2B manufacturing and property development. We don’t just hand over a strategy deck and walk away; we ensure those strategies are stress-tested and flawlessly executed.
We are looking for a senior-level advisor who can sit at the table with CEOs, diagnose their revenue bottlenecks, and coach their teams to close better deals.
Your Mandate (What You’ll Actually Do)
C-Suite Advisory: Act as the trusted right-hand to founders. You will lead strategy sessions, conduct deep-dive business audits, and align commercial goals with execution plans.
Execution & Sales Coaching: Run live roleplays with sales teams, coaching them on positioning, scripts, and intent. You will identify where their messaging breaks down and fix their closing mechanics.
System Implementation: Train teams on complex sales playbooks so they can execute independently and confidently. You'll catch execution errors early and course-correct on the fly.
Quality Control: Veto, refine, or approve strategic deliverables (like frameworks and training materials) before they reach the client, ensuring ultimate commercial viability.
Leadership: Mentor junior consultants, elevate our internal diagnostic frameworks, and safeguard the quality of our client outcomes.
The DNA of Our Ideal Candidate
Experience: 5+ years in a senior advisory, strategic consulting, or sales leadership role. You must have a proven track record of advising founders and C-level executives.
Technical Chops: A deep, structural understanding of revenue models, high-ticket B2B sales environments, and team performance dynamics.
Sharp Instincts: Elite commercial judgment with the ability to diagnose complex business issues rapidly under pressure.
Communication: Exceptional verbal facilitation skills. You aren't afraid to navigate strategic disagreements or handle tough objections from strong-willed founders.
Bonus Points: Previous background in management consulting, revenue enablement, or mentoring junior consultants.
