Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients by assisting them with inquiries related to property listings, sales, and rentals.
  • Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties while addressing their concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market and company offerings to provide tailored advice.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, striving to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately, maintaining organized records for compliance and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant information.

Requirements
