Senior Business Development Manager — Mexico (Mobile Advertising)

Location: Mexico (Remote) 

Language Requirements: Spanish + English (Business Level)


The Opportunity

A fast-growing Chinese adtech company is expanding its App Store Advertising (ASA) business into Mexico and needs a sharp, self-driven BD professional to own the market from day one.

This is a hunter role. You will build the pipeline, develop local partnerships, close deals, and manage the full client lifecycle — independently. If you thrive in zero-to-one environments and have existing relationships in Mexico's mobile advertising ecosystem, this was written for you.


What You'll Do

  • Own client acquisition across gaming, fintech, and lifestyle app verticals in Mexico

  • Build and manage a local channel and partnership network from scratch

  • Handle the full sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, contracting, and renewals

  • Represent the company's ASA/ASO solutions to local advertisers and app publishers

  • Feed market intelligence back to the product and operations team in HQ

  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure clients hit their growth targets


Who You Are

Must-haves:

  • Currently based in Mexico

  • Fluent in Spanish and English

  • Background at a top mobile advertising platform or game publisher — TikTok for Business, Meta, Google Ads, AppLovin, IronSource, Garena, or similar

  • Proven track record of independently opening new markets and closing B2B deals

  • Familiar with mobile growth metrics: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV

  • Can show verifiable client signing cases

Strong advantage:

  • Mandarin Chinese proficiency

  • Existing relationships with app advertisers or publishers in Mexico

  • Experience selling to gaming, fintech, or lifestyle app clients


What Success Looks Like

  • Month 1: Deliver a target client map, channel list, and structured pipeline

  • Month 2: Move key opportunities into quotation and contract stage

  • Month 3: Close 1–2 signed contracts or pilot projects


Compensation & Work Setup

  • Annual salary: USD $20,000 – $40,000 based on experience

  • Performance bonus + project commission on top of base

  • Fully remote — work from anywhere in Mexico

  • Business travel expenses reimbursed

  • Employment contract via Hong Kong or Singapore subsidiary
