About the Role:


The Data 360 Solutions Architect is a proven technical leader with a demonstrated ability to champion and guide stakeholders to the best possible solution for the data landscape and enterprise architecture involved. A Data 360 Solutions Architect has deep technical expertise in enterprise data architecture and enables organizations to fully leverage their customer data. As a Solutions Architect, you will own the integrity and strength of the solutions recommended. You’ll be acting as a trusted advisor to our clients and a mentor to other Salesforce professionals on our team. You will need a deep understanding of Salesforce Data 360, the Salesforce platform, and enterprise architecture. It is equally important to demonstrate top-notch interpersonal skills to communicate your recommended solutions to stakeholders and engage in thought leadership within the community.  Your goal is to build trust as a valued partner with our clients to take your visions from concept to successfully implemented solutions. 


Duties & Responsibilities: 


  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Salesforce Data 360 and related products

  • Lead technical discovery workshops to document data landscape and enterprise architecture, integrations/connections, and data ingestion methods

  • Design, propose, and implement enterprise-scale solutions to solve clients’ business needs and technical requirements

  • Spearhead the design, configuration, and refinement of sophisticated data models, ensuring they are scalable, align with existing business processes, and adhere to Salesforce Data 360 best practices

  • Apply advanced knowledge of data ingestion methods, data transformations, calculated insights, identity resolution, reconciliation rules, segmentation and activation, and data modeling

  • Write, edit, or advise enhancements to complex SQL in various platforms such as Data 360, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.

  • Consult or write code for use with Data 360’s APIs and other Salesforce APIs


Education & Experience Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience implementing Salesforce Data 360 or Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)

  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing data governance, data security, and regulatory compliance frameworks, including GDPR and CCPA.

  • Adept at leading cross-functional technical teams, delivering solution documentation, and facilitating technical workshops.

  • Proven ability to work well independently and within a team environment

  • Proficient in documenting requirements and solution design deliverables

  • Strong background with enterprise-level org architecture and integrations

  • Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills

  • Salesforce Certification in Salesforce Data 360

  • Salesforce Certification(s) preferred in Sales/Service Cloud Platforms
