The eCommerce Sales Manager owns client’s digital revenue engine end-to-end. This is a senior, sales-led commercial role for someone who combines execution speed, commercial judgement, and a strong drive to hit revenue and profit targets. You are expected to actively chase sales opportunities, make decisive calls when performance misses, and use a wide range of commercial levers to grow revenue. This role requires both depth and breadth — you will optimise where it matters, but you will also go wide by launching new offers, bundles, promotions, and revenue initiatives. This is not a passive optimisation role; it is an ownership role.
What You'll Do
You'll be the kind of person who:
Own end-to-end eCommerce revenue across Shopify D2C and online marketplaces.
Treat eCommerce as a profit centre with accountability for revenue quality, margin contribution, and conversion.
Own website performance including merchandising, offers, bundles, and promotions.
Maintain a storefront that is commercially sharp, current, and intentional.
Identify and deliver high-impact strategic revenue initiatives.
Set direction while remaining deeply hands-on in execution.
Avoid optimisation theatre: focus effort on actions that drive real commercial impact rather than incremental metric tuning.
Continually look for new ways to unlock revenue through bundles, pricing tactics, upsells, cross-sells, andseasonal opportunities.
Respond decisively when sales miss target by adjusting offers, launching promotions, refreshing merchandising, or testing new revenue angles.
Actively chase eCommerce revenue targets and take ownership of sales performance across Shopify and marketplaces.

What You Bring
We're looking for someone who:
Experience & Capabilities
4+ years owning or running an eCommerce or digital sales channel.
Hands-on experience with Shopify / Shopify+ is a must
Experience with other online marketplaces is nice to have.
Strong commercial thinking across revenue, margin, pricing, and conversion.
Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information.
Founder or operator experience is highly regarded.
